Who Are We?

National Medical Care Company

Care Medical Company was founded in 2003 as a closed joint stock company in the public sector represented by the General Organization for Social Insurance and a group of private sector shareholders. It became a joint stock company in the financial market in 2013.

Care Medical Co. owns the first private sector hospital in Riyadh, which is Care Medical Hospital, Malaz Branch (formerly National Care), which was founded in 1966, and Care Medical Hospital, Rawabi Branch, which was founded in 1990. Additionally, the company launched the first specialized medical care center for emergency medicine in Makkah in 2023, and Care Medical Al Balad Hospital for long-term care and dialysis services in 2024.

Care Medical Company is one of the top 10 healthcare companies in terms of market value in the Middle East and Africa, with a percentage of 60% of healthcare companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We have been accredited by the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions, achieving a success rate of 95%.
