Chronic Care Specialized Medical Hospital is governed by a governing body comprising of the chairman of the board, General Manager and other board members. All governance and strategic decisions are formulated by the governing body. The governing body is headed by CEO and Chairman of the board.
The leadership team is led by the directors of each division. The leadership team is responsible for day to day functions and for organization’s operational level decisions.

All the organizational policies are further governed by labor laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
